Rhien Hare

Hi everyone! My name is Rhien (she/her) and I am so excited to be your administrative coordinator this year! I am a first-year MPH student with a broad set of research interests related to reproductive health, menstrual health and infectious disease. More specifically, my undergraduate thesis work focussed on menstrual side effects during drug and vaccination trials and appropriate knowledge translation of them. I hold a BSc. Hons from the University of the Fraser Valley where I majored in Biology and minored in Kinesiology. Upon completion of my MPH I hope to work in the knowledge mobilization field, ideally in a sector related to my research interests! Outside of classes, you can find me working my part-time Science Communication job, playing tennis, or developing my pottery throwing skills!
